Washing machine shock-absorber repair in Yasamal

The customer reported normal operation at low speed, but the appliance moved across the floor and produced cabinet impacts as spin speed increased. Installation level, adjustable feet and load distribution were checked first.

After access was opened, the counterweight fasteners, suspension springs, drum movement and shock-absorber resistance were inspected. Both absorbers had weakened. They were replaced as a pair with model-compatible parts to keep damping balanced, and all fasteners were rechecked.

The appliance was gradually taken to high spin speed in empty and loaded tests. The cabinet remained stable, impacts did not return and drum movement was normal.
